Here are the steps to integrate your Voiceflow Agent with WhatsApp:

After creating the client profile on FlowBridge, and after you have created the Voiceflow project, you now need to head over to the “Client Integrations” tab.

On FlowBridge:

• Select which company the integration is for (which client)
• Select which project you want to use
• Click on ‘next’
• Give the integration a name and click ‘next’
• Select channel ‘WhatsApp’
• Then you will see a button that says ‘Login with Facebook’ , click that

This will open a popup embedding tool that will prompt you to login to the preferred Facebook account (this will be either yours, or the client you are working with).
